1. Scope of Shipping
The Cryonics Initiative is a nonprofit movement. We do not sell commercial products. However, symbolic materials (e.g. recognition items, printed manifestos, glyph cards) may be offered as part of select campaigns or membership tiers.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship symbolic items within the United States. International shipping may be available for select campaigns—details will be clearly stated on the relevant page.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation. You will receive a notification once your item has shipped.
4. Shipping Methods
We use legitimacy-vetted carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) with tracking provided when available. Shipping method is selected based on item type, destination, and cost-efficiency.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Some symbolic tiers may include complimentary shipping.
6. Delays & Exceptions
We are committed to transparency. If delays occur due to supply chain, weather, or symbolic production timelines, we will notify you promptly.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your symbolic item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at:

We will investigate and offer a resolution aligned with our stewardship principles.
8. No Commercial Returns
Symbolic items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit. These items are gestures of unity—not commercial goods.
